The inaugural issue of H+ Magazine is titled, The South End Edition, in honor of Boston’s South End neighborhood, and the locale where H+A got its start. Features include a mapping of the neighborhood’s best design resources, interior designers showing off their favorite modern furniture from the best showrooms in Boston, and an ode to the city’s architectural identity. Other pieces that continue in each following issue consist of a Culture section where H+A’s team of designers note the latest people, places, and things of intrigue to suggest to readers, and a photographic essay titled, Focus, in which different themes are explored. Special photography created for this issue included the cover image, and portraits of interior designers in local showrooms.
